Recovery Run
Today I did 3 miles at a recovery run pace (6.7 mph). It was a pretty good run, but I had to break the first mile up to answer nature’s call. Legs felt pretty good after.

I didn’t have my watch, so I did best guess on the rest time and the time of the runs. I know that I slowed down on last 3 rounds, with the last one being the worst. I’m pretty sure that I was in the 1:30 to 1:45 for the first few rounds.
